Attended by Napolitano owner-chef Enrico de Rosa and his mamma Rita and papa Mario, Mexita will delight your heart and palate with authentic Neapolitan cuisine. The regular menu focusses on pastas, salads, and Neapolitan-style (thicker-crust) pizzas baked in the wood-fired oven. Weekend specials highlight fish and seafood dishes. All the ingredients are super fresh; the bread, mozzarella, sausage, prosciutto, pasta noodles, desserts, and even the wine are made in-house con amore; and Enrico himself oversees the kitchen. Such sublime food comes at a price, but for superb Neapolitan home-style cooking, Mexita is without peer. You may not have traveled to Oaxaca to eat Italian, but you won't find better food this side of Napoli, and maybe not even there.
